The products I use, are of the best in the industry. They are designed for HIGH TRAFFIC, commercial uses, i.e., Service Stations, Repair Shops, and Aircraft Hangers. My "Platinum" coatings are designed to give the average home owner many, many years of enjoyment.

WARRANTY
"Platinum 4" I will Warranty For Life to the original owner (s) against lifting or peeling.*
"Platinum 3" carries a 5 year,
"Platinum 2" carries a 3 year.
*Should your floor paint lift or peel due to hot tires or inferior paint, I will repair the damaged area to bring it to a new finish. If you chose to have more area painted than the failed area, additional costs may incure.
Exclusions: Fracturing of paint due to expansion/contraction of concrete. This can and may occur when crack repairs have been made. (I have several ways to address cracks in concrete, but no crack can be guaranteed to never crack again). Any paint lifting due to slab leaks, or drainage problems, causing water in the ground to be forced upward through the concrete causing bubbles and loss of bond (hydrostatic pressure). UV damage (sun) wear and tear. Failure to allow paint to fully cure. Correcting problems due to the above issues will become "repairs" and may be subject to charge.Disclaimer: Each application is unique. There are many variables I must deal with such as wind, weather, bugs, and the many existing defects and/or damage to the concrete surface. I will attempt to "minimize" concrete defects only. Broadcasting the chips is truly a work of art, and done entirely by hand. Samples are shown to give me an idea what your looking for. Samples are done on perfectly smooth flat surfaces. Concrete is not perfectly smooth and flat. Variations in concrete will cause light to reflect differently, giving a sometimes un-even appearance. This is normal. All flooring (carpet, tile, wood) is best veiwed at 2 to 4 feet (sounds silly but it's true).

The Platinum 4, LIFETIME WARRANTY, comes with, or without, the simulated granite chips.
Step 1 (day 1). The concrete is cleaned, and or, etched with acid, rinsed, and vacuumed. Minor cracks and chips in the concrete are patched. Waterborne Epoxy base coat is then applied.
Step 2 (day 2). Application of solvent based, UV resistant, Urethane top coat. Apply simulated granite chips in Light, Medium, or Heavy.
Step 3 ( day 3). Application of Urethane Clear coat.
Step 4 ( day 4). Application of final Urethane Clear coat.At no extra charge, I even caulk, and seal the felt to keep out bugs. Silicon Sand may be added for additional "non-slip" at no extra charge.
VERY IMPORTANT!
When completed, your new floor will accept: light foot traffic in 36 hours, heavy traffic in 3 days, and park in 5 days (summer), 7 days in winter, or (during high humidity).
!Damage to paint during curing may be treated as a repair, and not as a warranty issue!
These coatings are designed to resist all automobile fluids, and most solvents. (Coating can be damaged by battery acid, M.E.K., and Acetone solvents).
Easy to clean: dust-mop, or use any non-abrasive cleaner. Windex, or Mineral Spirits works well on stubborn tire marks.
Important information on maintaining your investment
An indoor painted floor will last virtually till the house falls down. Expose that paint to the Arizona sun and it may begin to show dulling in as little as 2 years. It all depends on how much sun the area gets. Note: the paint I apply is manufactured in Phoenix for our climate and is UV resistant.
It's important and cost effective to keep those sun beaten areas heathy with a fresh coat of clear urethane every couple years. Just like putting varnish on a sun deck, it keeps everything from deteriorating. It's important to address this at the first sign of dryness in the coating. If it is left unattended, it will begin to break down the remaining layers of paint, thus requiring a more costly and extensive resurface. Feel confident, I can bring back the worst of floors to a decent finish, however it's a lot easier on both of us if you don't wait till the end.
Clear coats start at $1.00 per square foot. This includes repair of joint cracks, sanding and cleaning surface, application of chips (if needed) and one healthy coat of clear urethane. Additional coats may be added for an additional cost.

Cleaning and caring for your floor
Based on customer input, a "wash & wax" combination for autos seems to be the favorite way to clean these painted floors. You can find the "wash & wax" combination at most grocery stores in the auto section, and at all auto parts stores. You can also use most anything designed to cut grease. Sticky areas may require mineral spirits or gasoline. No acetone or comet or harsh abrasives. A high gloss finish is like a brand new bathtub, it's easy to clean untill it gets scratched. Keeping your floor clean keeps it from getting scratched and thus makes it easier to clean.
I haven't tried this, but I was told by my supplier that applying conventional floor wax to a slippery floor will make it less slippery.
